1- ST. PETER BASILICA - ST. PETER SQUARE - VATICAN MUSEUMS

No trip to Rome is complete without a visit to the Basilica of Saint Peter. Here is another one: this paramount religious complex and artistic masterpiece is enormous! We begin the visit of the Basilica of Saint Peter, the greatest Basilica in the World whose total surface overcomes the 15.000 square meters. We can admire besides the Pietà of Michelangelo, the body exposed to the adoration of Pope Giovanni XXIII's believers, the magnificent mosaics works of great artists and the canopy in bronze, work of Gian Lorenzo Bernini. We continue with the visit th Vatican Museum. The complex of the Vatican Museums is unique patrimony of the humanity. The visit includes the Candelabras, Tapestries, Geographical Maps Galleries, the Immaculate Conception Room.We will continue in the famous School of Athens inside the Rooms of Raphael, painted by the artist between 1508 and 1520.We will visit the Sistine Chapel, center of the Conclaves with the divine frescos of the Genesis and the Last Judgment, marvellous work of Michelangelo Buonarroti.

2- CARAVAGGIO AND WINE TASTING WALKING TOUR

The three pillars of Italian civilization food, art and wine converge on Enjoy Rome's newest walking tour. Join us for a gastro-cultural stroll through the elegant neighborhoods around the Spanish Steps, with tastings of top-quality wine, cheese, meats and sweets from local purveyors. Along the way, we will also visit some of the churches and squares where such masters as Caravaggio and Bernini left their masterpieces (and disturbed the peace). The tour starts in Piazza del Popolo with a visit to the Church St. Maria del Popolo with two paintings by Caravaggio. On our way from Pizza del Popolo to the Spanish Steps we walk through some of the most elegant streets including the charming via Margutta with it's art galleries as well as the exclusive via Condotti. From the Spanish Steps we cross the via del Corso through Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina on our way to the Church St. Agostino. There we will admire another painting by Caravaggio as well as another by Raphael. After our stroll of two hours we finish at a characteristic wine bar for a classic Italian aperitif with a tasting of a white and a red wine. 3- COLISEUM - ROMAN FORUM - CAPITOLINE HILL - VENICE SQUARE.

The Coliseum, whose real name is Flavian Amphitheatre, was built by two emperors of the Flavian family; Vespasian began it on 72 a.D. and his son Titus ended it on 80 a.D. On the same square we can admire the Arch of Constantine erected in the IV century a.D. and the Arch of Titus in the I century a.D. We will continue walking through the Roman Forum, the biggest archaeological area in the world just in the heart of Rome. Arriving on the top of the Capitole hill, nowadays seat of the City Hall, we can admire the beautiful square designed by Michelangelo Buonarroti with the Palazzo Conservatori and the Palazzo Nuovo which are important Museums. After that, going down the Capitole Hill we'll get directly into Venice Square where we will be astonished by the Vittoriano, the biggest European monument.
